Amazing growth, good benefits, a strong leadership team, family like work environment, hybrid work schedule, and fun employee appreciation events!

Cons

Time off could use some improvement. An additional tier to vacation benefits and a few more holidays would be nice.

- Flexible in starting and ending 8hr work day - Colleagues are friendly and helpful - Good Work/Life balance as a property management accountant compared to other companies. Low stress and manageable workload. - Company does small events to build comradery like earth day, giving away company branded apparel, pride month, etc.

- SOPs and training could improve - No lunch/snacks in breakroom - Outlook for Growth potential/promotions is medial
