Pros
Decron is working hard to connect all of the communities as one team. The companies growth is bringing us closer together rather than further apart. This is the most satisfying reason on why I choose to stay at Decron. There is also more focus on employee bonus structures! Giving employees the chance to voice there opinion on changes is also great progress. Not to mention the leadership summit was amazing this year. The comedian was a very special touch and a perfect angle on how to improve leadership as a team. The team meetings keep getting better and I personally enjoy them every time. #TeamDecron
Cons
I would like to see financial reporting classes or training become available in the future. It would also be very nice to have a Decron function that allowed a guest/family to attend. I am confident that with all of the growth and fun changes we are having these things are soon to come.
