The colleagues I work with are great! Everyone is amazing and helpful! We all have a role to play and work together.

Cons

Corporate isn’t the best. They really don’t put time into caring for each property which results in disgruntled residents. Lack of communication between all levels. IT is HORRIBLE.. Don’t ever call IT.. The guy cursed me out and was very unprofessional was eating food while “helping” and put down the phone to play around. Low wages cannot live off pay.
