They are continually growing, lots of opportunity for employee growth. You are treated and appreciated like a person and not a cookie cutter number. Decron brings out the best in their employees who in turn want to strive to perform better each day! Your opinions are heard and you do have a voice. I love working here! 30+ years in this business and this company is by far the best I've worked for and I'm grateful for Decron!

Cons

My personal location is not in the same region as the majority of the company. We make it work but it would be nice to see more of my great co-workers.
