Pros

LOL! If you take all the employees at corporate (which are predominantly family members and friends of the owners) and all of the on-site employees, you're looking at only a handful of good, honest people. Most of the other good people they have leave shortly after they're hired.

Cons

Where to start... They care about making money and that's it. They don't care about the residents at their properties, read some Yelp reviews for corroborating stories. They don't care about their employees. The turnover is incredibly high! They put very little money into the buildings. Look at some of their lobbies, leasing offices, hallways... Their renovations look good but the cheapest labor and parts go into the unit. If you look closely, you can see where corners are cut.

Pros

Great opportunity to learn residential property management from an owner's perspective. Salary is very competitive. There are also opportunities to learn the commercial side of property management.

Cons

Benefits for the employee are good, but get expensive when adding family members. Bonuses could be more lucrative, but the competitive vast salary makes up for it.

Sad. Just sad.

Pros

Acquisitions are a priority and they are expanding rapidly.

Cons

This miserable company is run by a small group of egomaniacs sporting pompous attitudes, with no sense of the real working world. They exist in an insular cocoon of wealth and privilege. They care only about themselves with no concern for their hard-working employees. It's hard to be loyal to executives like that. Everyone at the corporate level is terrified of the capricious behavior of the top executives. Everyone on the site level is equally terrified of interactions with corporate personnel. When there are places to work that offer clear career growth tracks, training, mentoring, retreats, industry certifications and simple respect for employees, why would you settle for less?
