Pros

Reginal/executive support is superior. As a manager, I can rely on upper management for guidance anytime needed. Decron throws amazing parties geared toward employees twice a year and encourages team activities all year long. There is a shared comradery amongst property managers and team members for support and training. Decron is a wonderful place to work with a perfect balance of freedom to manage your property and the guidance and support when needed. I am closing in on 10 years and love seeing the growth and positive changes Decron continually strives for.

Pros

1st and foremost: Company values that are upheld and demonstrated consistently. Secondly: training and support. Being 20 years in the industry, I've worked with some good and not-so-good 3rd party and owner-managed companies. Decron is miles and miles above any company I've worked with. If you ever see a Decron opening - Go For It! Won't be for my position - I'm not leaving. =)
