Pros

I like the people I work with.

Cons

Management and sales have their collective head up their butts most of the time.. Poor marketing decisions, even worse when compounded with the upper management making all these huge promises for projects that haven't been finished and say we're shipping them out next week.

Pros

Easy job, it's basically setup like an assembly line. If you've built a PC or Server before this is a walk in the park. Everything is plug & play & the instructions are right in front of you on a monitor with detailed pictures. Looks great on a resume.

Cons

Low pay, lack of direction from management & extremely poor training.

Pros

Had decent work life balance. Had ability to work hybrid Great people to work with

Cons

Wages were not what should be for positions. Worked hourly instead of Salary which caused wages to feel even less Newer management didn't help company felt as if didn't have direction and couldn't get out of the hole that was dug. Software took too long to replace and advance
