Tuition Reimbursement was great Friendly Staff and Coworkers Management and HR were always understanding and willing to help me with anything

Cons

I lived too far away from Dedicated Computing, which is a bummer for me. I would have stayed if that wasn't the case.

They really did try during covid times when it was rough and they didn't have to do any layoffs.

Cons

For a tech company, they are behind the times of compensation, benefits and flexibility. Something to ask if interviewing with them.

Pros

Pre-Covid there were constant employee events, but they are taking their time in bringing them back... Can be very laid back, but depends on who your lead is.

Cons

Huge turnover rate. Pay raises are small and don't happen very often. Extremely strict on being late. Doesn't matter if you're 5 seconds or 5 minutes late, you get written up the same.
