The patients and the great staff.

Cons

Management is stuck in a time warp. They do not abide by evidence based medicine at all. There is pure greed and all they care about is numbers. Misogyny and homophobia are rampant as well.

Pros

there goal and vison would make anyone who actually loves health care to want to work here. pay is okay- better than most places but not enough to survive on growth-depending on the center

Cons

false promises overwhelming work load can be stuck in the same position even though you got promises and the actual promotion for the job but not training or working in that area due to what they say is short staff or other minor things they find to not move you cause they have a hiring freeze until march.
