Senior level supported Executive Director's inconsistent and manipulative behaviors, senior level and HR allow unprofessional and poor behaviors with no consequences, aggressive work environment masked by a false positive company culture, unrecognized exceptional performances, Executive Directors and Medical Directors receive all the credit for growth, metrics and overall employee performances, forever changing company policies, unsupportive and ineffective HR department, utilization of fear and humiliation as a motivation for meeting corporate goals, unrealistic expectations, very stressful work environment, huge division between departments causing discord, writer perceived discrimination in all protected classes covered up by "inclusionary committee", Executive Director's promote mission, vision and values but do not live by them, massive turnover, cliquey work environment, overall the worst company I have ever worked for in my career and agreed by several current/former employees.

Every facility is stand offish with working & communicating with each other because obviously it is a business and every center has metrics to uphold. Micromanagers, ignorance mindsets.
