Dedicated, a ChenMed company has been an amazing opportunity that I feel fortunate to be a part of. ChenMed is truly focused on changing how healthcare is delivered by focusing on the neediest population and one that should be near and dear to everyone's heart. Dedicated is committed to taking care of our neediest seniors in communities that have been traditional medical deserts. This company breathes its mission and it makes getting up every day to go do the hard work that requires easy and fulfilling. I've been in healthcare for long enough that I've worked with organizations and individuals who all have the best intentions but ultimately fall short because of the inherent challenges in business models or limitations with scaling. ChenMed is not immune from those factors but they have figured out something special that is really changing healthcare and saving seniors. Specifically ChenMed and Dedicated are innovative with how they deliver their services by using technology and constantly learning how to develop leaders and teammates. They really believe in PCP-led care teams that not only empower physicians but also give them training and development opportunities that help them be better leaders and providers. This organization has captured lightning in a bottle. Teammates are treated with respect and given the opportunity to learn and grow. There are few companies that are comfortable having the values of Love, Accountability, and Passion be the guiding principles for how they operate (for fear of falling short) but ChenMed is not because they are able to meet that bar and exceed it.
