One of the worst places I’ve ever worked. Management is just downright catty and mean. The morning standup meetings are all about bringing business in and reciting a mantra together about improving the lives of seniors. It’s unlikely that can happen when staff is so unhappy all of the time. They do not value their people. I have never been so abused by management in my work life. One of the managers actually turned me in to HR because I defended a worker who was being treated unfairly. Worse yet, HR disregarded the entire situation. I actually quit without having a different job during a pandemic. My stomach was churning every single day. Inhumane and abusive.
