      Pros

      The hours the people the pay and the benefits this is a really good job a place to call home and can spend time at your own home.

      Cons

      Dealing with shippers and receivers and being in a time sensitive environment keeping up with the paper work and logs.

      Pros

      Great group of Drivers. Cooperative customer. Recent new Regional manager is good. Hopefully he will make a difference.

      Cons

      The Lakeland operation has the potential to be a smooth simple operation but Upper management over complicates the processes. Severely Micro Managed, No access to computers/manament reporting to research & correct issues. Upper Management is out of sync and has difficulty prioritizing. Upper mgmt supports a good ole "Boy" system and is not available when needed.
