Love the team and the vibe. No bureaucracy and things are moving very fast there. They really try to bring the best talents over and it's a delight to work with such a group of professionals. 100% remote which gives you an opportunity to balance your work and personal life.

Cons

Might be too fast for some people, personally - I love that.

Deel is a rapidly expanding company but always makes you feel welcome and inclusive. Despite being remote they make sure to create a friendly, team based atmosphere across the globe by setting up virtual team meetings, and updating the team with what's coming up! Overall, absolutely love the team and super glad to be a part of such a fast growing, culture driven, and future thinking company!
