Pros
Most budtenders I work with are very knowledgeable and friendly. Free samples on products.
Cons
Racism and homophobia is tolerated from the higher ups. Experienced internal budtenders get passed over a lot for a promotion for inexperienced white candidates. Sketchy people in management.

* If you are interested in getting into the cannabis industry, this is an easy foot in the door as no prior experience is necessary. * Occasional free product is given to employees. * Teammates/Colleagues are all good people.
Cons
TERRIBLE pay. They truly do not care about security. To ownership/management, security is a cost center, not a profit center. The security supervisors make $14/hr!!! Supervisors get an additional .25 cents/hour. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? How can anyone survive on that pay? Especially with housing costs on the rise in Mesquite. If you ask for a pay increase, they almost laugh at you and tell you to not let the door hit you in the rear-end on the way out! They really do not seem to care about keeping employees long term. Rumor is they are simply trying to build up the business to sell it.
