Great benefits, cool people, many places to work within the company, decent pay, flexible shifts.
Cons
favoritism and hypocrisy, if you are not liked; you get the hard grunt work and shift, most departments are ran by children.

Employee discount and foosball table.
Cons
Poor, inexperienced, immature, disrespectful management ruins and otherwise good cannabis job. Facility is located 90mi North of Las Vegas so the hire any old person that lives up there and is pleasant to be around. Majority of staff engages in politics and bad mouthing other employees. Opportunities are given based on favoritism and nepotism.
