      Telework policy was decent and helped distract you from the leadership chaos

      Cons

      Leadership is INSANE. A requirements office that micromanages and never lets you close out a project. Annoys the entire agency with their silly tasks and ultimately makes their analyst look incompetent but it’s not them it’s the leadership. The turnover is high for a reason… management doesn’t leave but the Analyst do!

      - Large organization were lateral moves are possible - Opportunity to do and learn a lot

      Cons

      - Quite a bit of turnover and reorgs are frequent; unstable - Cliquish - Promotions for most are far and few in-between - Promotions seem to be more about who you know rather than what you do - Management doesn't seem to have the right tools to motivate under-performing staff; sadly they are rewarded by not being pushed to do more (10 percent of the staff seems to be doing 90% of the work
