pick your schedule type Good salary Federal government job security(kind of)

Cons

GG payscale not gs No watching videos during down time No more telework due to Trump's EO (majority of staff is not ok with it) Union deductions automatically taken away from everyone. Because of no telework the work/life balance is worse.
