Great organization but with very poor senior leadership

Pros

Work life balance. Atmosphere and office spaces. Telework flexibility.

Cons

Very poor senior leadership: Lots of talk, little action by so-called senior executives who have spent careers in government and do not know how to manage a large, complex organization that is essentially a government-owned IT business responsible for selling to U.S. Department of Defense and other federal customers.
