Problems abound, but great long term position

Pros

Easy work environment, very relaxed organization to work for. Not a whole lot of work load, so fairly easy most of the time. Mostly remote work is allowed.

Cons

Plenty of small problems, incredible amounts of red tape. Every tiny thing can take between a few hours to a few weeks to accomplish. Workload can increase out of nowhere.
