Pros

Work is fast-paced if you work in operations and you will get exposed to more knowledge, expertise, and information than you can probably handle. DISA has their hands in EVERYTHING. The big boss is great and really tries to make the environment better.

Cons

The low percentage of military to civilian/contractor is tough, especially when some of the people have been around forever and seen everything - except for the new stuff you bring to the table. Sometimes they aren't interested and you have to search out advocates which can be hard.
