Pros

Definitive Logic has been an incredible employer and promoter of remote work, long before the COVID-19 pandemic. They didn't miss a beat during the workplace closures across the U.S., since lots of their employees were already well established with remote work capabilities. It is very easy to have open and honest conversations and steady career development plans with them.

Cons

The company is steadily growing, which means there are leadership changes there along the way. That is to be expected with where the company is on its growth journey. However, it's to be understood that change is sometimes uncomfortable for people. The leadership is very aware of this and are consistent with company-wide communication from the top down.
