We are so sorry to hear about your experience. At Definitive Logic we strive to be inclusive and are very open to remote work opportunities. In fact well north of 75% of our Practitioners are remote workers. Some contracts do not allow for remote work but if you are supporting an on-site contract you should have known of that requirement in advance of your employment opportunity. If you did not, please contact us so we can work to improve our processes.
Additionally, we have developed a compensation strategy that has been implemented to ensure our personnel receive fair and equitable compensation and promotion reviews.
Please contact me (DLs Chief People & Culture Officer) direct at sam.look@definitivelogic to discuss your experience and let me know how we could have been a better place to work during your time at DL.
I love the direct engagement from the senior leadership team with the workforce. Very flat organization where teammates can communicate with anyone in the company including the CEO. Credo principles and organizational virtues are emphasized across the company and embodied by the workforce.
