Pros

The people you meet within the boxes. Opportunity to get tips. Watching events for free. The atmosphere within stadiums is fantastic. The managers do try and ensure you enjoy what you do (some of them). You win awards and get the opportunity to move up ranks.

Cons

Managers tend to show favouritism - not all box waitresses are paid the same rate due to this. You can get moved around boxes a lot - some people have a box they are normally in for every event, this gives them a chance to build rapport, while some people get shifted everywhere else.

Cons
