Pros

Great opportunity for growth and advancement. Customer service and sustainability programs are engaging and in continual development. Benefit package and pay are good.

Cons

Processes can be cumbersome with redundant paperwork and some confusion about authority for final decisions in certain areas. Some locations have a bit of cronyism which is a detriment to the company.

lots of bureaucracy, no room for growth, incompetent management, high turnover rates

Pros

- you get to live in interesting places, national parks for instance - the work is pretty easy for sales associates - easy to get hired by them for the entry level positions - transportation to get to work was provided in my case

Cons

- incompetent management who are really strict with their policies - minimum wage = minimum wage kind of work (not very interesting) - no room for growth, achievements are not well compensated - high turnover rates
