Pros

Most of the everyday people are decent humans and legit just want to do their job and go home

Cons

"Family culture" is promoted yet any personal info will be used against you in any way they see fit when they feel the timing is right. You will be overworked without much promotion potential if youre a hard worker. Senior leadership often times used profanity in an open setting, talks of others performance is often discussed openly for anyone to overhear. If you ever are blessed enough to quit and give a proper notice without being let go first (because they dont take a resignation well) you will be ignored and access often removed from things pertinent to your everyday job as punishment. Leadership would rather you not properly train someone to backfill your role for a proper transition and punish their current team by doing this, then get upset if the current team cant keep up, yet theyre understaffed Its a backwards way of thinking. Their intent is to make you feel bad for leaving, not to look internally as to what may have caused you to look elsewhere. Their growth is too quick and they do not have the manpower to maintain it at the corporate office. People are punished for speaking up and managers engage in one on ones instead of team meetings so things can be filtered how they see fit. You are held to a high standard of work ethic yet you may he asked to do unethical things by leadership at times. Say no, and you will maybe still be employed but you will be outcasted for doing so. Also, you are required to have your work email on your personal phone, regardless of your status in the company. When communication is lost you will still be expected to perform at a high level even if it means basically selling your soul to get the job done last minute even though theyre failure to manage and communicate is not your failure or fire to put out.
