Thank you for your review. DV Floral has taken steps to improve our staffing and our hours. Our goal during peak production is to have no longer than a 12 hours shift. In the past year, we have been very successful in obtaining this goal. In addition, leadership is focused on taking necessary steps to ensure our people are happy, productive, and successful. Addressing employee issues and working with HR help foster a more enjoyable work atmosphere for all.
