Taking this job was one of the worst mistakes of my career. I regret every second spent here and would never suggest this place to anyone.

Cons

The expectations were absolutely insane, with nonstop pressure that left people drained and broken. Work-life balance did not exist. Breaks were rare, and exhaustion was constant. Leadership fed employees empty promises of growth, but never delivered anything. Please avoid if you can.

Cons

Leadership sees data as a formality rather than a tool for strategy. Analytical insights are welcomed only if they confirm existing decisions. When they don’t, they’re brushed aside or criticized. It’s incredibly frustrating to watch facts lose to politics. You’re reduced to a report generator, not a strategic voice.
