Good culture and people - love taking the office out for drinks and food
Cons
Everything else. They will say there are enough leads to go around (There aren't). They will say you won't need to cold call to hit your targets (You won't even hit your targets WITH cold calling. Targets are unrealistic and they hired too many people to try and hit unreachable global targets. The managers won't take responsibility and will expect you to take responsibility even if they have said one thing and done another.
