- Get to rotate in 4 different finance teams in a 2 year Finance Development program (each rotation takes 6 months) - Has high visibility in each rotation - Expose to global teams, business partners and senior Finance leaders

Cons

- Need to work longer hours at times (Work life balance concerns) - Heavy workloads - Have night calls for program curriculums or projects
