      Freedom to take on what you feel are the biggest opportunities for your business.

      Cons

      If all of your many "bosses" aren't all on the same page with what they think are the biggest opportunities, you end up spending more time running bureaucratic traps than adding value.

      Great Benefits, Great Brand Name.

      Cons

      Dell is a good ol' boys club, plain and simple. There is absolutely no career coaching or advancement if you do not fall into their ideal image of what a senior manager or Director looks and acts like. Poor salary/compensation will leave you looking for opportunities outside of the company. I have never seen so much nepotism and cronyism in my life! TONS of people who are married to this manager, sister of that director, brother of that HR Generalist...absolutely horrible.

      Cons

      Senior leadership seems fragmented in regards to the future direction of the company which results in unnecessary churn at the sales level - both for the sales teams as well as the customers they serve.
