Business Outlook
Pros
Big, well-known company that looks good on a resume. Decent job of providing work and life balance in the majority of roles, but some roles require extensive overtime.
Cons
Dell is losing in the marketplace, losing market share and shrinking revenue. I question the long term path that the company is on. Morale is amazingly low, no one is sure if they will have a job next week, so there is a lot of employees doing the minimum amount to get by.
