      The company has many great people. It also has built great momentum over the last 5 years during which it has aggressively followed a transformation strategy to become an industry leader across the entire enterprise.

      Cons

      Like any company/org, we have pockets of bureaucracy. Also, we are still a long way from having a solid base of internal integrated business applications.

      1. Flexible work time 2. Boss are friendly 3. Company has enough investment on the project, and the direction is consistent

      1. No Org Chart - Need know a lot of people and use "relationshi" to work with other teams. 2. Information is not shared. We do not know what is happening in other teams. 3. Promotion is very slow, managers do not encourage a career advance.
