      Great place to work, goot oportunities to growth, learn and have a career.

      Pros

      There are good oportunities to growth as a professional and to create a career. Everyday you learn new stuffs about systems and business accumen. We have good benefits as transportation, medical insurance and bonus paid two times a year.

      Cons

      Besides that we have transportation paid by the company and some of the agents receive in addition a transportation fee I consider that Dell offices are too far from the city. We need to spend to much time to arrive to the office. We need to be ready at least 2hours before our shift starts and when we left we arrive to our homes 2 hours later.

      Great salary. Great work-life balance. Very supportive management. No micro management. Great talented team to work with

      Cons

      Not many. Too many people reporting on the same sales stats. Sales targets are unrealistic so achieving them is near enough impossible. Also, your number is made up of 100s of accounts. Trying to understand if your achievement is correct and verifying the results is impossible!
