      Not as great as the make it out to be

      Pros

      They do have decent benefits and with 2 weeks pba and 3 weeks vacation which is nice.

      Cons

      The most stressful job I’ve ever had. Literally thought I had a heart attack at the end of one of my shifts one day, but it was just a really bad panic attack apparently. They don’t ever cut you slack. They don’t care about their employees as much as they say they do. There’s not as much opportunity for advancement as they say there is.

      Pros

      There are decent benefits, but the compensation is nowhere near what it should be for the workload they dump on you.

      Cons

      If you're a hard-working competent person trying to work your way up from the bottom don't waste your time here. The windows of opportunity have closed in recent years. I've wasted years exceeding goals and jumping through hoops and earned some certs only to be ignored and rejected as far as career advancement.

      None. Re-org specially in Education Services take place every 5 months.

      Cons

      No Career progression. New leaders do not listen but rather show they are better than the previous management even when their plans negatively impact the business outcome. Secrecy, no communication on goals and vision, employees fear and Chaos. What happened to education services?
