      Pros

      Good pay and flexible hours. There was a time when I was happy to work 60 hours a week, but now that my job has deteriorated i enjoy being able to take time off as I like.

      Cons

      The past 3 years has been all downhill. Management would rather force me to leave than work with me and help me grow my skills. It's not really a matter of skill, it's just a matter of being in the in group or not.

      Some good people. Some dedicated leaders. Ability to impact results.

      Cons

      Focus is always on the bottom line. Nepotism. Reverse discrimination. No career path. Lying to employees about future. Top performers one day are shown the door the very next day.

      Pros

      Dell as a company provides good health benefits, time off, travel allowances, verbal recognition, and paid training.

      Cons

      Managers and senior level assets will cheat, lie, and steal to get ahead. It's a very toxic culture where you have to look and act like the guy above you to get ahead. Otherwise they treat you like a tool that they can use to get to the next level.
