      Pros

      Many locations to choose from. Great parties with wonderful prizes and a very nice holiday bonus. Lunch is provided so you do not have to worry about bringing your lunch daily.

      Cons

      Very lazy management staff. To many "second" chances for management. Headquarters can be very rude when you call them to ask questions. Part time employees are not offered any type of incentives no matter how many years you have worked for the company.

      - network of various facilities to be in contact with - raises for PRN staff - Flexible work schedule -Provide Holiday Bonus for all employees

      Cons

      -requires full-time/part-time employees not to take off between Nov-Jan (never mentioned until after you are hired) - Only provides cont edu classes on a quarterly/bi-yearly basis

      Pros

      delmar is a great place to work it offers a great team of workers that and a management staff that has the ability to steer its facility through any thing that may arise in its day to day operations. the management staff is the most competent staff i have ever had the privlage of working under they genuinely care about their employees and residents and go above and beyond to ensure that people are satisfied.

      Cons

      there are not very many cons in this company. the only con is that if you are not a full time worker you don't get many hours because they are only alotted so many hours per area and of course the full time workers get their hours first.
