      Pros

      CEO is great but sheltered from many of the issues within the business. Very good benefits. Great mission statement which was started by a great family.

      Cons

      Neptunism. Family get to high management positions and when they do not perform their duties correctly it is ignored and they are protected. They can do no wrong but others are fired for the same thing.
