Working directly with the residents and building relationships

A terrible place to work. Management is unfair, unethical, and unorganized. I was told they were letting me go because I was pregnant which is not legal at all!

Beautiful facilities, they put a lot of money into their decor. The original owner are now deceased but were great people.

Cons

One of the most racist company to work for. Corporate is backstabbing and are not concerned about the small employees' It was so sad to see how the whole organization plays favoritism based on your skin color. I saw it all first hand and my hands were tied. They need to revamp all of corporate as well and Administrators who really care about their staff. Extremely high turn over. Praying for them!!!!!
