      Pros

      Pay is higher than many contemporaries, good benefits with pension, professional development and growth is encouraged. Fast paced environment that has a positive impact for the community. Volunteerism and community involvement is heavily encouraged.

      Cons

      Since the merger with Exelon, there has been non-stop change. Some of it positive, however, a lot has been more oversight, more meetings, more metrics and tracking. Workers are being asked to do more with less. If you don't step up to the plate, you will fall behind immediately.

      Everyone here is very friendly which makes coming to work very pleasant. They are also very helpful.
