      Pros

      Great Colleagues and Talent. By working at different clients on short assignments, you get the experience of working at multiple companies in a short span.

      Cons

      Low Pay. Very Hierarchical. Work Life Balance may take a hit depending on the assignment as many of them are fast paced.

      - Love the people that I work with - Great salary - Some interesting work - Lots of support for trainings

      Cons

      - TONS of corporate compliance paperwork and administrivia - No women in leadership - Unfair performance measurement standards (coming from someone who's been successful.. you get heavily penalized for taking your time off or by circumstances out of your control) - Priorities are rarely on client success... it's usually just top priority to sell more work
