Management sucks especially if its Indian, they try everything to ruin you. I am not sure what they get out of it.

Learning resources are available , but no time to utilize them

Cons

Politics in promotions , No fair evaluation , No constructive feedback Low pay screwed work-life balance then they give you high mental health coverage to fix yourself after getting totally screwed :)
