The company takes very good care of you...lots of team lunches, happy hours, dinners, etc. Opportunity to learn a lot--obviously, you learn your job responsibilities, but they also encourage Excel training and training for other software (and pay for it) Opportunity to grow as long as you work hard and put the effort in

Lots of politics Sometimes have long hours, but that's to be expected in a large accounting firm
