      Great Culture, Great Pay, Mentorship

      Cons

      Finding projects can be difficult at times leading to long spans on the bench. You have to know a lot of people and network to find projects fast which isn't ideal for the introverted.

      Pros

      Amazing opportunities to learn about different industries, technologies, and business strategy (bonus - you learn ins and outs of corporate politics that you can take in any future job). Ability to carve out your own path to get desired exposure to projects if you hustle to network and prove that you deliver excellent work.

      Cons

      Experience is highly dependent on your leadership and their respect for the scope vs. team size. It is key to have healthy boundaries but there are times where they just won't be possible to uphold if you want to get good reviews.
