      Pros

      - they do have a lot of opportunities to learn and grow - people in the regional firm are generally very nice, the culture of coaching is definetely there.

      Cons

      - really cut throat exam policy - more demanding to the efficiency of employees since last year - regional firm doesn't have a lot of say on the firm wise policy whilst it is getting harsher and harsher.
