      Great pay scale, quick to learn about latest developments in the market

      Cons

      Leaders prefer home grown staff, and since most of the top and mid layer is 10-15 years in the system, they know little about people handling, poor feedback mechanism, when they fail to create a balance, they try to put professionals on PIP instead of direct feedback or layoff to avoid direct confrontation
