1. Horrible work-life balance 2. It is a place where kiss-ass people grow who can sit, walk and dine with their bosses 3. With the huge offshore model, it is glorified Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant. The daily morning and night offshore calls beat you up. Your day never ends as you are working round the clock with the offshore team 4. It is encouraged to kill your personal life. You will be appreciated and promoted if you are available round the clock 5. The offshore team is extremely aggressive as they look forward to be given an opportunity to come on-site. The competition to vie for the leadership's attention gets nasty 5. You are not treated well when you are at the bottom most level of the food chain - i.e Business Technology Analyst and Consultant. The firm is extremely hierarchical and everyone watches their own guard. The intention is to suck up in the hierarchy whereas no one really cares about people below them in the food chain. 6. The conversations in the firm are very hierarchy-based. A person is most likely to be addressed by his position than name 6. Very cocky colleagues
