-Work environment -Great learning opportunity since you work with more senior consultants

Cons

-Low salary -Working hours depend on the project. So far I am doing 40-45 hrs/week but other consultants could do a lot more hours depending on their team.

- Teaches new grads to have a good work ethic as well as drive and endurance - Very good corporate exposure - In general a great place to start your career

Cons

- Can get incredibly stressful at times - You have to teach yourself pretty much everything - You are thrown in to client meetings and have to provide an opinion about matters to which you have received little to no training - You will have no life out of work, the hours are insane and you can't complain about it
