This is not a tech company. They fool people in the name of Omnia AI which barely has any AI. They just use buzzwords to fool their clients and make them think they're providing them with some cutting edge solutions. Senior management is grossly incompetent and the only thing that they are concerned about is billing. There is no concept of manager and career progression is extremely difficult. Also, to top this, the pay is super low for junior employees. Projects are randomly assigned out of nowhere without considering your background and expertise. No diversity at workplace.
