Non-committal management in many teams; HR practically non-existent when it comes to performance appraisal, manager's impression is the final word; WIN initiative robbing equally deserving male candidates off advancement opportunities; more benefits to females, despite no evidence of better output; very slow growth in enabling areas; lots of favoritism.

-Little to no work/life balance; 60 hour work weeks are considered average for the majority of the year -Community involvement is just a cliche at Deloitte; they have one day a year where every employee works for 3-4 hours in the community followed by a mandatory 3-4 hour happy hour -Extremely political - the browner your nose, the faster you'll advance -Generally just boring and monotonous work -Performance evaluations are insanely cumbersome & very political; sometimes not based on true performance, but rather who you know -Poor communication b/w management and consultants which leads to unclear work expectations
